ACDRIQuality Assurance Systems

The EPMS project provides real-time information on employee effectiveness in dealing with customers. EPMS sells its project to customers, providing them with the ability to gain insight into the ability of their representatives to carry out a sale. Information on the courteousness of their employees during phone and in-person conversations, along with the ability to answer questions and provide relevant information is recorded and analyzed, providing statistical data that can gauge the effectiveness of individual employees. This data can then be used to rank employees according to their effectiveness, and even establish trends that determine when an employee was more or less effective at salesmanship.

Inventory and Workflow Control System

ACDRI provides contracted repair services to major airlines. The ACDRI project keeps track of all repair orders for the company, providing a streamlined way to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner. Rather than keeping track of these items in a spreadsheet, ACDRI employees keep track of their orders using this streamlined web application, which stores order information centrally.  The product was designed with two main goals: ease of use, and extensibility.

Change Tracking Systems

Change tracking was implemented in software to keep track of changes made in the system over time. This data can be interpreted to validate the productivity of any given worker, establish trends of efficiency within a department, or even to interpret what areas of the data have been updated recently, and what areas need to be updated. Required approval of changes by an administrator can be enabled to ensure that data published to the live site is double-checked for inaccuracies, misspellings, or intentional corruption of information.
A sophisticated user interface is provided allowing administrative users to view in-depth information on each individual change made to the system. A complete history of changes made to each record is shown, providing users with a full and complete understanding of how individual records have evolved over time. This allows personnel to view all information that applies to a given record, allowing for such interactions as verifying a previous address, rather than forcing the user to verify only current information. Even information that has previously been deleted is viewable by personnel using the editing system.
