As part of MTSI’s commitment to compliance with U.S. export control regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), we kindly request your acknowledgment and agreement to adhere to the following:

    1. You acknowledge that certain products, services, and technical data provided by your company are subject to ITAR regulations.

    2. You agree to comply fully with ITAR restrictions and requirements in your dealings with Micro Technology Services, Inc., including but not limited to: (1) Not exporting or re-exporting controlled items or technical data without proper authorization from the U.S. Government. (2) Not disclosing controlled technical data to foreign nationals or entities without proper authorization from the U.S. Government.

    3. You understand that any violation of ITAR regulations could result in severe penalties, including civil and criminal penalties, fines, and restrictions on export privileges.
