Micro Technology Services, Inc. has added a new MyData Surface Mount Technology (SMT) machine to our production floor — effectively doubling our manufacturing capacity.

We brought the new system online to solve a clear challenge: how to keep up with growing demand without compromising speed or quality. With this addition, we can now handle larger production runs, switch between jobs more efficiently, and maintain the reliability our clients expect.

This high-performance SMT pick-and-place machine delivers placement speeds of up to 40,000 components per hour, while maintaining fine-pitch accuracy and repeatability down to ±21 microns. Its smart feeder technology and automatic changeover capabilities make it ideal for scaling up high-mix, low-to-mid volume jobs—exactly the kind of precision and flexibility that MTSI is known for.
